How ASHE works
ASHE hosts material its members upload — we don't curate, license, or scrape content from elsewhere. That means the responsibility for what you upload being yours to share starts with you.
Allowed now
- Your own class notes
- Study guides you created
"Your own" means your own original work — written in your own words, based on a lecture or reading. Don't upload material that reproduces, in whole or substantial part, someone else's copyrighted work — a professor's slides, a textbook, or another student's notes — without their permission.
Every upload
By uploading, you represent that this is your own original work or that you otherwise have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's copyright.
Enforcement
- ASHE will remove content that violates these Guidelines on notice, including copyright claims from the original rights holder.
- Repeated or clear violations — uploading someone else's copyrighted material, uploading a live/in-use exam — are grounds for content removal and/or account suspension.
